Shipping & returns.
Everything in the shop is printed when you order it — there's no warehouse, no inventory, and no middle step where a human forgets your mug. Here's exactly how it moves and what happens if something goes wrong.

Shipping
- Where: United States addresses, for now. (Widening this is on the list.)
- Cost: flat $5.99 per order, free on orders over $60.
- Speed: print-on-demand means each item is made for you first — typically 2–5 business days to print, then 3–5 more in the mail. Call it a week to ten days door to door.
- Tracking: emailed to you when the order ships.
Returns and replacements
If we got it wrong, it's on us. Misprinted, damaged, defective, or never-arrived orders get a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. Email hello@preghq.blaustfaust.house within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery), include your order email and a photo if it's a print or damage problem, and we'll sort it. You don't need to mail anything back.
If it's a change of mind, we mostly can't. Because every item is printed to order, there's no shelf to return it to — so we don't accept returns for "ordered the wrong size" or "it's less funny in person" (it isn't, but still). Apparel runs standard unisex sizing; when in doubt, size up. If a sizing problem is genuinely our fault — the print ran small against its own spec — that counts as a defect and we'll make it right.
Wrong address
If a package comes back because the address at checkout wasn't deliverable, we'll contact you and reship once the address is fixed — reshipping cost is on you in that case, since the printer charges us for the second trip. Triple-check the apartment number; everyone forgets the apartment number.
The hoodie
The First User hoodie does not ship, because it is not for sale, because it is Megan's. This policy has no exceptions and is the most strictly enforced rule on this page.
